Our staff serve in a variety of roles that make camp possible. From direct camper care to behind-the-scenes support, every role matters and contributes to the camper experience.

Staff receive regular rest and time away to recharge. Most positions include approximately 36 hours off each weekend.

No. While previous camp or youth experience is helpful, it’s not required. We provide training and ongoing support to help staff succeed in their roles.
