Most staff positions are open to applicants who meet age requirements and can commit to the full camp season. Specific qualifications vary by role and are outlined in each job description.
No. While previous camp or youth experience is helpful, it’s not required. We provide training and ongoing support to help staff succeed in their roles.
We offer a wide range of positions, including direct camper care roles and behind-the-scenes support roles. Our team works with you during the interview process to help match you with a role that fits your strengths.
Most positions require participation in pre-summer training and a full commitment to the camp season. Exact dates vary by role and are shared during the application process.
All staff participate in required training before camp begins. Training covers camper care, safety procedures, job-specific skills, and camp culture, so you feel prepared and supported.
Staff receive regular time off to rest and recharge. Most positions include approximately 36 hours off each weekend.
Yes. Camp provides meals and housing for staff during the season. We work to accommodate common dietary needs, and housing is designed to support rest and community.
