Both. The weekend balances meaningful teaching and worship with activities, free time, and shared experiences. Nothing feels rushed or packed wall-to-wall.

Not at all. Many people come on their own. The retreat is designed to feel welcoming whether you arrive solo or with a group.

There’s a clear rhythm to each day, with planned sessions and built-in free time. You’ll know what’s happening, but you won’t feel micromanaged.
